STAR-STUDDED '80S-SET THRILLER DRAWING COMPARISONS WITH STRANGER THINGS IS NOW STREAMING IN THE UK
Hysteria!, an '80s-set thriller with lots of recognisable faces in the cast, is now streaming in the UK.
The show's comedy-horror premise focuses on a small Detroit suburb which is gripped by the Satanic panic that took place across America for almost a decade.
A heavy metal band decide to rebrand themselves as a Satanic music group to gain notoriety, but when mysterious disappearances and murders start happening in and around the town, the trio become public enemies one, two and three.
All episodes dropped on Peacock in the US just before Halloween last year, but have now made their way to the UK.
Paramount+ is releasing new episodes weekly, dropping one every Friday. But if you'd rather binge watch all eight episodes in one go, you've only go a week to wait, as seven of them are currently available.

The show stars Hereditary's Milly Shapiro, Evil Dead's Bruce Campbell, Chef's Emjay Anthony, Modern Family's Julie Bowen, Pitch Perfect's Anna Camp, and Uncharted's Nolan North.
Hysteria! has a 91% positive rating on Rotten Tomatoes from 23 reviews, with many of them comparing it to Netflix's Stranger Things.
Reviewers also praised the sense of fun and strong character-driven drama, calling it a perfect Halloween watch (not really applicable for the UK release schedule, but hey ho).
Paramount+ starts at £4.99 a month in the UK, and goes up to £10.99 a month for its highest tier. It's also available for free with various TV and phone packages, and you might be offered a free trial if you haven't subscribed before.
