Everyone's favourite Saturday night ITV show is back with a bang - that's right, it's Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway! This quirky viewer-led programme is a family TV classic and, as we all know, on live TV anything can happen...
This fact was demonstrated perfectly this evening (Saturday, March 18) as fans noticed celebrity guest and Oscar nominee Toni Collette got a bit excited and appeared to swear live on air only a few minutes into the show. During a hilarious quiz segment, viewers at home were convinced that actress Toni, 50, dropped the S-bomb.
One particularly amused viewer said: "She said *poo emoji* on live TV I like her already. #SaturdayNightTakeaway." "Toni Collette saying s*** on #SNT has made my entire year," another said. Another fan of the show tweeted: "Toni Collette swearing on Saturday Night Takeaway is brilliant I love her sm"
Aside from being rather shocked and pleased by Toni's language, others were simply thrilled to see here on an ITV show at all. One happy viewer took to Twitter to share their thoughts: "Wow loving the show so far I still can’t believe Toni collette is the guest announcer on @itvtakeaway and she’s killing it @antanddec #SaturdayNightTakeaway "
