Following on from a fantastic Toy Show last week, Patrick Kielty is set to be joined by a fresh group of celebrity guests for this Friday’s Late Late Show.
The Christmas Special gets underway on December 12, off the back off the magical Toy Show which saw stars included CMAT and Roy Keane surprising children and audiences members alike.
This week, host Patrick will be joined by Irish golfing royalty, an Oscar-winning actor, as well as the new head judge of Dancing with the Stars.
Following a standout year in the sporting world, Shane Lowry joins Patrick Kielty for a chat all things Ryder Cup and DP World Tour Championships in Dubai.
The Offaly man will reflect on his journey to the world stage, one of his proudest golfing moments, as well as how he plans to spend a well-deserved break over Christmas.
Strictly Come Dancing’s Oti Mabuse will also be in studio ahead of her debut as the new head judge for RTÉ’s Dancing with the Stars which gets underway on January 4.
The beloved dancer and presenter takes over from Loraine Barry who departed the show earlier in the year. Six contestants have been announced to date, including Eurovision legend Niamh Kavanagh, who will also be on the show.
Three more celebrity contestants will be revealed live-on air, joining for Patrick for a chat about the exciting journey ahead.
Hollywood’s Brendan Fraser will be on to speak about his upcoming appearance in the acclaimed Rental Family. The 57-year-old will speak about his Oscar-winning performance in The Whale as well as the much-anticipated revival of The Mummy, which sees a legacy sequel currently in the works.
Comedian Jason Byrne is the fourth guest for this week’s Late Late Show, with the Dublin native currently promoting his brand-new Irish tour.
There’ll be plenty of festive fun on the night including Christmas music from Tom Greenan, who will perform his festive hit, It Can’t Be Christmas as well as Brooke Scullion who will give a rendition of a very special Christmas classic.
