Sigourney Weaver's 1995 psychological thriller Copycat has found a new streaming home in the UK.
Already available on Disney+, it can also now be streamed on Netflix.
The film, which also features The Incredibles' Holly Hunter, singer Harry Connick Jr and Scream VI's Dermot Mulroney, stars the Alien actor as a criminal psychologist.
After a near-death incident with an escaped convict, Weaver's character Helen becomes agoraphobic, never leaving her apartment and conducting her work and life through technology (25 years before the COVID pandemic).
However, when San Francisco is gripped by a series of murders that reflect the specifics of famous serial killers, Helen is not only drawn into the case but has to get assistance from the man who almost killed her.

Copycat has a very respectable 76% positive rating on Rotten Tomatoes, with one of the most glowing coming from Radio Times, which called the film "inventive, stylish and gripping".
The review reads: "Aided by a super-smart script, director Jon Amiel generates unbearable levels of suspense - the bathroom-set climax is a crackerjack shocker - while his stellar leads give top-notch performances. As mimic murder mysteries go, this gives the same year's Se7en a run for its money."

Legendary critic Roger Ebert also compared the film to David Fincher's classic, stating: "Copycat doesn't have the dark tones of Se7en, or that movie's distinctive look. But in its own way, it is as effective.
"It creates original characters – [Helen] Hudson and, especially, the little dynamo MJ – and makes them more important than the plot. We care, and that's the key."
Copycat is streaming now on Netflix, as well as on Disney+.
