TAYLOR SWIFT TEASES SURPRISE PERFORMANCES IN ERAS TOUR FINAL SHOW CONCERT FILM TRAILER

Taylor Swift teased special surprises for her fans in the trailer for her forthcoming The Eras Tour concert film.

On Monday, Disney debuted the official trailer for the pop superstar's follow-up concert film for the last show she performed on her record-breaking world tour.

In the minute-and-a-half clip, it was revealed that the singer would include not only the addition of The Tortured Poets Department set but also her surprise songs.

The upcoming concert film, which she has dubbed The Eras Tour: The Final Show,  will allow fans to watch onscreen of Swift wrapping up her years-long and eras-spanning tour in Vancouver last December.

In addition to the concert film, she is also releasing a docuseries titled The End of an Era — which will also be available to stream on Disney+ later this month.

'I want to thank every single one of you for being a part of the most thrilling chapter of my life to date,' she is heard saying in the video.

The rest of the official trailer for her concert film — which follows on the heels of her March 2024 movie release before she dropped her 11th studio album while still on tour — showed snippets of her performing her added set list from The Tortured Poets Department.

Catchy clips of her singing the chorus of Who's Afraid of Little Old Me? and I Can Do It With a Broken Heart were featured in the preview.

At the end of the trailer, she was also seen playing her instantly recognizable, painted piano before starting to sing Long Live, a track she released 15 years earlier as part of her third studio album: Speak Now.

To wrap up her Eras Tour, Swift performed three dates in Vancouver, concluding on December 8, 2024

For her final show, she performed surprise songs, which were teased in the trailer and to be included in the forthcoming concert film.

At her final Eras Tour show, she sang Long Live as a mashup with New Year's Day and The Manuscript.

She also sang Maroon mashed up with her titular track The Tortured Poets Department.

Swift also performed I Love You, I'm Sorry with Gracie Abrams, mashed up with her own track Last Kiss.

And when singing Long Live, Swift changed the lyrics. She replaced the word 'decade' instead to sing: 'It was the end of an era.'

The key change was a short snippet in the trailer before concluding on her singing: 'But the start of an age.'

Swift kicked off her career-spanning Eras Tour in March 2023 and ran about three and a half hours per show, with a 44-song set divided into 10 acts.

When it wrapped in December 2024, Swift had performed 149 concerts across five continents.

The tour ultimately grossed more than $2.2 billion, per Billboard, becoming the highest-grossing tour in history.

Later this month, the concert film as well as her docuseries providing a behind-the-scenes look at the superstar's life on and off the stage amid her mega-tour will be released on Disney+ for streaming.

Her six-part docuseries has been described as 'an intimate look at Taylor's life as her tour made headlines and thrilled fans around the world.'

Her opening tour acts including Gracie Abrams and Sabrina Carpenter are set to appear in the series as well as her guest performers Ed Sheeran and Florence Welch.

On Disney+, the first two episodes of her docuseries The End of an Era will debut on December 12, followed by two episodes per week until the finale.

Her concert film will also begins streaming on December 12.
