ITV drama Grantchester will reportedly back for an 11th series in the near future with filming set to start in just a few weeks.
The much-loved detective programme, renowned for its captivating plots and quaint village backdrop, is said to once again follow the dynamic duo as they unravel fresh mysteries in the 1960s countryside.
The crime-fighting pair Robson Green and Rishi Nair are reportedly making a comeback as they reprise their roles as DI Geordie Keating and Reverend Alphy Kottaram for the 11th instalment.
According to The Sun, other fan favourites including Al Weaver (Leonard Finch), Tessa Peake-Jones (Mrs C), Kacey Ainsworth (Cathy Keating), and Oliver Dimsdale (Daniel Marlowe) are also returning, alongside Nick Brimble, Bradley Hall and Melissa Johns.

In the previous series, Geordie and Alphy didn't just solve crimes in the tranquil village - they also leaned on each other through emotional family struggles and deep-seated personal secrets.
Expect even more unexpected twists, heart-wrenching moments and dramatic turns this time around.
In this upcoming series, Reverend Alphy finally feels like he's found his footing in Grantchester - but not everything is as stable as it appears.
As old secrets start to resurface, Alphy is compelled to confront parts of his past he's kept tightly concealed.
It comes as the 10th series recently hit screens in the US but audiences in the UK are still awaiting a release date.
Viewers will be taken back to the sleepy town of Grantchester, Alphy and Geordie are quickly drawn into a new case as they investigate a suspicious death during Easter festivities.
Season ten also promises to delve into Alphy's backstory, while the partnership between Geordie and Alphy grows.
The official synopsis reads: "As DI Geordie Keating (Robson Green) and Reverend Alphy Kottaram (Rishi Nair) continue to work together as a crime-solving duo in scenic Grantchester, they must also support each other through changing times, family struggles and personal secrets.
"This season, Alphy feels like he’s found a home, but he’s forced to confront secrets he’s kept close to his chest. Will he be able to let anyone fully in, or must he confront truths about himself first?" ITV have been approached for a comment.
