POPULAR ROMANCE SERIES BRANDED "CAN’T MISS SUMMER WATCH" RE-ENTERS STREAMING CHART AHEAD OF NEW SEASON
The Summer I Turned Pretty has re-entered Prime Video's Top 10 ahead of its new season.
The popular romance series, which has been branded "an irresistible summer escape" and "can’t miss summer watch" in reviews, is set to release its third and final season on the streaming platform on 16 July.
Ahead of the upcoming season's release, the show has surged back into Prime Video's streaming charts, currently holding the number three spot in the platform's Top 10 TV shows.
Rosamund Pike's fantasy show The Wheel of Time sits at number two, while action series Reacher holds the number one spot.
The Summer I Turned Pretty is described as "a multi-generational drama that hinges on a love triangle between one girl and two brothers, the ever-evolving relationship between mothers and their children, and the enduring power of strong female friendship."

"It is a coming-of-age story about first love, first heartbreak, and the magic of that one perfect summer," the show's official logline adds.
In the season two finale, Belly (Lola Tung) chose Jeremiah (Gavin Casalegno) over his older brother Conrad (Christopher Briney).
Season three will based on the third novel in Jenny Han's book trilogy, We'll Always Have Summer, following the aftermath of Belly's decision.

"It's the end of her junior year of college and Belly’s looking forward to another summer in Cousins with her soulmate, Jeremiah," reads season three's official logline.
"Her future seems set, until some core-shaking events bring her first love Conrad back into her life.
"Now on the brink of adulthood, Belly finds herself at a crossroads and must decide which brother has her heart. Summer will never be the same…"
The Summer I Turned Pretty season 1-2 are available to stream on Prime Video. Season 3 premieres on 16 July.
