Street, unit, city, state, ZIP, latitude/longitude, parcel APN, county FIPS.
Property facts
Type, beds, baths, living area, lot size, year built, listing status, list & last-sold price.
Full history
Every price event (list / sold / change) and multi-year tax + assessment history, nested per property.
Facts only — no owner names or PII, no estimates. Each property carries an opaque
stp_ ID that matches the
Straply API, so you can join downloads to live lookups.
National dataset
All U.S. properties
Checksums in SHA256SUMS, file listing in manifest.json. Thin ZIPs/counties are rolled into their state & national files.
Free to use — really
The data is released into the public domain (CC0). Build products, train models, run analyses — no attribution required (though a link back is always appreciated). Need it fresh, filtered, or streamed by the change? That's what the live API is for.
